Mayor of San Carlos delivers the State of the City Address

Each year, the Mayor of San Carlos delivers the State of the City Address. The event, held by the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce and the City of San Carlos, is designed to give the Mayor a chance to talk to the community about their vision for San Carlos in the coming year.

In 2011, Omar Ahmad changed the format of the State of the City Address during his term as Mayor by offering local San Carlos businesses an opportunity to showcase their firms during a reception prior to the event.  This year's event continued that tradition.
