The goals of the survey were to provide the City with a statistically reliable understanding of community satisfaction, priorities and concerns as they relate to services and facilities provided by our City government. The survey included:
- assessing perceptions of the quality of life in San Carlos
- identifying important issues and services
- measuring resident satisfaction overall and in specific service areas
- gathering opinions on topics such as parks, traffic circulation, parking and public safety
- evaluating perceptions of local government and customer service
- determining the effectiveness of communication with the City
