State of The City Address

Don’t miss the 2009 State of The City Address presented by Mayor Bob Grassilli – “ A Year of Change – and Challenge”. The event is being help on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 from 7:30-9:00am at the San Carlos Library, 610 Elm Street, 2nd Floor. Cost is $20 per person and includes a continental breakfast.
