School has started

Our schools our in session again. It always seems strange to have school begin in August. I wish it would start right after Labor Day so we could make the final weekend of summer a three day one.

Traffic will continue to be more congested in the mornings and afternoons as parents are busy shuttling their kids' to school and teenage drivers drive themselves. Let's all be cautious and aware.

Even though school is in session, that doesn't mean we can't continue to enjoy "summer" and our wonderful weather. Downtown San Carlos has so many wonderful cafe's, restaurants and ice cream parlors it is always fun to head down for a bite, drink or cone and see who you run into.
