The actual sales price ranged from $380,000 for a two bedroom, 1 bath home in the Clearfield Park area to $2,600,000 for a four year old custom home in the Beverly Terrace area.
This gives you an idea of how San Carlos is holding up compared to the County. As you can see, condos and single family homes in San Carlos are stronger in comparison. Inventory is very low at this point. More homes typically come on the market after Super Bowl Sunday. Now is a great time to list before the competition!
